This is an amazing book written by Dr Malcolm Maltz who is a medical doctor by profession. He is a plastic surgeon who talks about Self Image, which he says that by altering, one can achieve success in life. As plastic surgeon he says he can bring about a change in a man but not all change. There are people who still have a lower self image inspite of cosmetic changes. He goes about exploring what is beyond cosmetic surgery !

Oh Common man in India !

Is common man confused and irritated with present quality of news the news channels publish every day, which  has no relevance to how he lives ? Is he ever bothered about the news about corruption among the politicians or the games like Cricket which show off extravagance in the millions they spend, buying the cricketers for huge sums of money ? Does the rich worry about the exploited poor middle class who are unable to bear the onslaught of inflation. 

The prices rise and the common man's paltry income vanishes within a few days from his Bank account ! Of course the rich become rich and the poor remain poor. The common man is caught in between !
